Police in Washington D.C. are searching for a suspect in a string of Molotov cocktail attacks on businesses that occurred in Northeast D.C. overnight into Sunday.

The attacks targeted a Nike store, Safeway supermarket, and Truist bank minutes apart around 4:30 a.m., according to a statement from Metropolitan Police.

Each business was closed at the time and no injuries were reported. Damage was reported at each location.

Police are asking the public for help, offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a suspect.
