Bill de Blasio’s latest squeeze is still hitched, the woman’s husband revealed to The Post Thursday — though the former Big Apple mayor’s new flame insisted the couple is in the process of getting divorced.

The marital turmoil was on full display Thursday evening after de Blasio and Kristy Stark, who runs a literacy company, were spotted holding hands during a cozy stroll in Manhattan Wednesday night, something that appeared to catch her husband, Owen Stark, off-guard when contacted by The Post.

He told The Post he and Kristy Stark are still married after tying the knot about 12 years ago and having two children together. He also claimed he didn’t know anything about de Blasio and his wife dating or spending a night out in the city’s Noho neighborhood.

“I don’t know anything about my wife holding hands with Bill de Blasio,” Owen Stark said during an awkward phone call from Michigan Thursday afternoon.

When he was initially asked if Kristy, 42, was his ex-wife, he clarified, “No, that’s my wife.” And after he was asked about her dating de Blasio, 62, and the two holding hands, he replied with some sarcasm, “Yes, sounds wonderful.”

He also said he wasn’t in an open marriage with his wife.

“She’s denied any sort of infidelity in the past,” Owen Stark said, stressing “any infidelity” and not just possible ties to de Blasio.

“If she has something to tell me, she’ll tell me,” he said.

Kristy Stark told The Post in a text message Thursday evening that she and her husband are “in the process of getting a divorce” a few hours after she was initially contacted.

Follow-up calls and messages to her were not immediately returned.

Her husband, however, appeared surprised by his wife’s divorce claim.

“I haven’t seen any legal communication or been made aware of anything like that. You know as much or more than I do at this point,” Owen Stark wrote in a text.

De Blasio declined comment when reached Thursday afternoon.

Kristy Stark is the founder and CEO of MindsEmerge, an education and literacy company that’s based in Michigan. While it isn’t known how she and de Blasio met, he’s listed on the company’s website as one of its “experts & advisors.”

The ex-mayor will soon have a connection to the Wolverine State after it was announced last month he will join the University of Michigan’s Ford School of Public Policy faculty in winter 2024. He previously gave a talk at the school on Oct. 30.

Owen Stark, a physician, said that Kristy “travels frequently” because she has “different business things” she attends to when explaining why she was in New York and he remained in Michigan.

Meanwhile, the former hizzoner has been playing the field since he and Chirlane McCray, his wife of 30 years, announced they were separating in July. The two said they would remain married but would have the freedom to see other people.

The mayor was spotted canoodling with a mystery woman in Lower Manhattan during a candlelit dinner in October as the two sipped wine and laughed at the ritzy La Mercerie.

The month before that, de Blasio was seen passionately making out with another unknown woman at Empire Rooftop Bar near Columbus Circle.
