“Do you think Biden should step down? You’ve talked to him more than anybody else has lately,” the passerby can be heard saying in a video recording, TMZ reported.

“I don’t think he can serve four more years,” Stephanopoulos seemingly replied.

Stephanopoulos scurried off, but the passerby was thrilled to get a reply on his opinion about Biden.

“You don’t think he can serve four more years?” the passerby said as Stephanopoulos walked away.

“All right, that’s an answer.”

Stephanopoulos quickly announced he was regretful for his comment in the street.

“Earlier today I responded to a question from a passerby. I shouldn’t have,” he told Puck News.

ABC News released a statement and denied having any relation to Stephanopoulos’ opinion.

CONCERNS

Stephanopoulos sat down with Biden for a 22-minute interview last week, during which the ABC anchor probed the president on his disastrous debate with Donald Trump the week before.

“Concerns about your age and your health are growing. So that’s why I’m asking — to reassure them, would you be willing to have the independent medical evaluation,” Stephanopoulos said.

Biden did not give a direct response but insisted he takes medical evaluation frequently.

Stephanopoulos asked Biden about his conversation with his doctor after his poor debate performance.

“He said he– just looked at me and said, ‘You’re exhausted,'” Biden recalled during the interview.

“That’s it. I have medical doctors travel with me everywhere. Every President does, as you know.

“Medical doctors, some of the best in the world travel with me everywhere I go. I have an ongoing assessment of what I’m doin’, and they don’t hesitate to tell me if they think there’s something wrong.”

LORD ALMIGHTY

Biden, 81, insisted no one is more fit to run for president than him.

He said the only way he would drop out was if the Lord almighty himself instructed him to do so.

”If the Lord Almighty said ‘Joe, get out of the race,’ I’d get out of the race but the Lord Almighty is not coming down,” Biden continued in the interview.
