TINA Turner’s final photo showed her in sweatpants at home in Switzerland reflecting on her life.

The rock ‘n’ roll legend has died at the age of 83, a post on her Instagram account revealed on Wednesday.

In her final photo posted to Twitter in March 2021, the What’s Love Got to Do With It singer shared her excitement about her very own documentary while looking quite frail standing in front of a big-screen TV.

“I am so excited to share this movie with you – seeing the concert scenes made me relive some of the proudest moments of my life. I simply had to sing along and dance around my living room,” she wrote.

She was wearing a black sweatshirt and sweatpants and had her hands in fists while sporting a make-up-free look.

ROCK ‘N’ ROLL ICON

Tina, who rose to prominence during the 1960s as the lead singer of the St. Louis duo Ike & Tina Turner, died on Wednesday.

“The ‘Queen of Rock’n Roll’ has died peacefully today at the age of 83 after a long illness in her home in Kusnacht near Zurich, Switzerland,” her rep said.

“With her, the world loses a music legend and a role model.

Tina Turner was born Anna Mae Bullock on November 26, 1939, in Nutbush, Tennessee, USA. She became famous in the late 60s as the singer of the band Ike & Tina Turner Revue, but later she became successful worldwide as a solo artist,” the rep continued.

“With her music and her inexhaustible vitality, Tina Turner thrilled millions of fans and inspired many artists of subsequent generations.

HEALTH ISSUES

While a cause of death has not yet been released, Tina opened up about her health issues through the years.

She fought intestinal cancer, suffered a stroke, and had kidney problems.

“My kidneys are victims of my not realizing that my high blood pressure should have been treated with conventional medicine,” she said in her final post.

“I have put myself in great danger by refusing to face the reality that I need daily, lifelong therapy with medication.

“For far too long I believed that my body was an untouchable and indestructible bastion.

“I am therefore delighted to be able to support a new international campaign for kidney health.

“You can read the whole story of my disease on the website www.showyourkidneyslove.com.

“Here you can find out how your kidneys work, what the risk factors are and how you can keep these important organs healthy. Let’s show our kidneys some love!”

Tina had a transplant in 2017 after her husband Edwin donated one of his own.
