Pink gobsmacked as a fan throws their mother’s ashes onto stage mid performance

A Pink concert took an unexpected turn when a fan launched a bag full of their mum’s alleged ashes onto the stage mid-song.

The US songstress was in the middle of belting out her classic Just Like A Pill tune when she noticed the package arrive beside her feet.

She then bent down and in bemusement stopped singing as the music continued. Giving a confused stare at someone in the crowd, the 43-year-old said: “Wait, this is your mom?”

With a nervous laugh she continued: “I don’t know how I feel about this,” before taking the clear bag to the edge of the stage and placing it beside a speaker.

She went straight back into singing the tune, but still had a look of confusion on her face while continuing her set.

A clip was uploaded to social media with the incident said to have took place during her Summer Carnival Tour at Hyde Park.

One user who shared the footage wrote: “Someone gave their Mothers ashes to Pink. I need yall to have boundaries like girl what?!”

And in the comments a fellow user replied: “She handled it well cause I’d definitely be mad that someone handed me their mom’s ashes.

“I just saw another video of a guy coming out to his mom in front of Bebe Rexha so yes boundaries! I understand why some celebrities are standoffish now.”

A second added: “like what is she supposed to do with them,” alongside a stunned face emoji.

Pink looked amazing in the footage as she rocked a blingy pink leotard with a silver studded jacket over the top.

The star has been continuing to amaze fans throughout her tour with her energetic performances.

Kicking off the show at venues across the UK and Europe, she has been seen bursting out of a giant mouth above the stage belting out Get The Party Started.

At her University of Bolton Stadium show, the megastar made sure everyone was fully focused on her as she smashed through a number of her biggest hits.

And her vocal range has been as impressive as her acrobatic skills on the show.

Away from the stage, Pink recently opened up on how her birth name never resonated with her until she gave birth to her eldest child, Willow, and became a mum.

The hitmaker who has gone under the pseudonym since finding fame in 1995 has rarely used her birth name in her career and very rarely reflects on it.

Her real name is actually Alecia Beth Moore.
