TIGER Woods stunned fans with his ripped new physique as he made a successful comeback to golf.

And former pro Brandel Chamblee has revealed the secrets of Woods’ epic body transformation – brutal 4am workouts in the gym.

The golf legend made a solid return from injury at the Hero World Challenge at the Albany Golf Club in the Bahamas last week.

It marked his return to the tee for the first time since April’s Masters after injuring his ankle.

And Woods revealed a bold new look reminiscent of basketball legend Michael Jordan at the event.

Wearing a skintight sports vest, Woods showed off his bulging muscles while making his way to the pavilion.

While on air during the first round of the Hero World Challenge, Chamblee revealed that Woods texts other PGA Tour pros trash talk at four in the morning.

According to Chamblee, Woods’ texts include: “I’m in the gym. What are you doing to get better?”

Woods’ workout regime has paid off with the golfer’s body holding up for 72 holes in the Bahamas.

The 47-year-old’s scorecard showed a total score of even par, which put him in 18th place out of 20 competitors.

The 15-time major champion’s comeback showed he is not ready to retire from the sport just yet.

“I think I’ve come a long way from being a little bit rusty to playing four days and knocking off a lot of rust, which was great,” Woods told Golf Channel after his final round.

“The physicality of actually playing and competing again – I haven’t done this in a while.

“It was nice to get out there with the guys and have some fun and compete.

“I just wish I could have played a little bit cleaner but there’s always next time.”

Woods hopes to play on the PGA Tour once a month in 2024.

“Once a month seems reasonable, and it gives me a couple of weeks to recover, a week to tune up,” Woods said.

“Maybe I can get into the rhythm of something like that.

“That’s what the plan was going into next year. I don’t see why that would change.”
