A Florida attorney says an explicit video involving Sean “Diddy” Combs and an A-list celebrity is being “shopped around” Hollywood.

Attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd appeared on News Nation’s Banfield on Friday, Sept. 27, and said she was recently asked to broker a deal to sell the video.

“There already have been [Diddy] tapes leaking around Hollywood, being shopped around to individuals in Hollywood, but one particular person contacted me to shop a particular video they were in possession of, and to contact the person who was in the video to see if they were interested in purchasing the video before it became public knowledge,” Mitchell-Kidd said.

The attorney declined to disclose the identity of the person in the video, but said they are even more famous than Combs.

“Mr. Combs was in the tape and this other person is, I would venture to say, more high-profile than Mr. Combs,” Mitchell-Kidd explained.

The attorney said she’s seen screengrabs from the video, which was recorded at Diddy’s home in Atlanta.

“The other person in the video is very visible. It’s no question if it’s that person in the video, and I can tell that the video is pornographic in nature,” the attorney said, adding that the unnamed celeb did not appear to know they were being recorded.

“The person isn’t looking into the camera, so to me, it doesn’t seem like that person knows they’re being videotaped,” she noted, “like they’re being surreptitiously recorded.”

Mitchell-Kidd said she declined to represent the person attempting to sell the video.

The attorney also said she’s representing a woman who alleges she was raped by Diddy in 2018, and they will soon be filing a civil lawsuit.

“She was afraid for her life. She was concerned that if she was to come forward [in 2018] and say something, that no one would believe her,” Mitchell-Kidd said about her client. “She’s just a young girl from Northern California… so she did not hire an attorney. All she did was make a police report, in the hopes that maybe the police would investigate.”

Instead of investigating, Mitchell-Kidd said the woman felt police were “disregarding” her allegations. Now her client plans to take the case to court.

Diddy, 54, is the subject of at least a dozen lawsuits alleging sexual abuse.

The mogul has maintained his innocence.

He also pleaded not guilty to three counts in a federal sex trafficking indictment, following his arrest on Sept. 16.

The rapper and producer is currently jailed, without bail, at the Metropolitan Detention Center in New York City as he awaits trial.
