The day after Shohei Ohtani‘s Dodgers eliminated the New York Mets in the NLCS, tickets for the World Series have hit record levels.
Tickets for the World Series go for at least $1,000.
Resell tickets for the World Series series opener at Dodger Stadium started at $1,358 on Monday on StubHub.
That cost is near the range of how much a fan needs to spend to attend one of Swift‘s iconic Eras Tour concerts.

The cheapest starting price for the last North American leg of the tour had ranged between $1,661 and $2,322 at the start of September.
StubHub revealed sales outpaced last year’s World Series final figures.
Another ticket resale outlet, Vivid Seats, shared that the average price of tickets sold for this year’s Series was $1,368.
The series will take place in the Bronx for Games 3, 4, and (if needed) 5 on October 28, October 29, and October 30.
The cheapest standing-room tickets for the three games in the Big Apple start at $896 before fees.
The lowest price for games in Los Angeles was $1,074 including fees.

Vivid Seats revealed that the average price of tickets it sold was $1,302 for Game 1, $1,392 for Game 2 on Saturday, $1,443 for Game 3, and $1,389 for Game 4.
The most expensive seats in the stadiums will be behind home plate.
For Game 1, Dodger Stadium tickets behind home plate cost between $15,000 and $20,000.
